These Terms and Conditions of Purchase given the transactions taking place on annamirzoyan.com (hereinafter "the website") which sells and advertises products of owned by ANNA MIRZOYAN IE (Davtashen 4th dst., Yerevan, Armenia, 0054, Phone: +37491017515).

The use of the website or purchasing through the website implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions described herein, in respect of which ANNA MIRZOYAN IE reserves the right to update unilaterally at any time, being the applicable conditions in force those published on the website at any given time.

By using this website and/or placing orders through this website you agree:

To use this website only to make legally valid enquiries and/or orders.

Not to place any false or fraudulent orders. If we reasonably believe that such an order has been placed, we shall be entitled to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.

To provide us with your email address, postal address and other contact details truthfully and accurately. You also expressly agree that we may use this information to contact you if necessary. If you do not provide us with all the information we require, we will not be able to process your order.

By placing an order through this website, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

2. PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on "Buy" (or any term with equivalent purpose) to complete the order. After this, you will automatically receive an email confirming receipt of your order. You will also be automatically informed by email when the product is being dispatched.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3. PRICE

The prices applicable to the products are those indicated at any given time on the website on the date of the order, and exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount of the order.

4. PAYMENT

When you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, they will have been added to your shopping bag and the next step will be to process the order and accept a payment method. To do so, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, filling in the information requested at each step.

All transactions are secure and encrypted are made through the ArCa system and we do not own any of your payment (credit or debit) card details. In any case, you will be able to choose the payment method during the payment process at no additional cost.

5. DELIVERY

In order to complete your order, you must accept a delivery method and we will send it to you within 72 hours from the date of order confirmation.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the delivery of the order shall be deemed to have taken place when you or a third party indicated by you acquires material possession of the products, which shall be evidenced by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

5.1 SHIPPING

Any Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Such charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot anticipate the final cost as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

6. CONDITIONS OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you wish to return or exchange a product for any reason, please contact us via am.annamirzoyan@gmail.com. All costs associated with returns or exchanges are assumed by the purchaser except in case of a defective product.

You can return or exchange any product as long as it is in perfect condition, unused and with all its labels, packaging. The money for the exchange or return, the difference in amount in the case of an exchange for another product of lesser or more value will be paid using the same payment method you used to process the first purchase.

The content of this website, all related social media accounts and online shops with our products, designs, arts, and drawings are all copyright, original, and wholly-owned by ANNA MIRZOYAN IE and as such may not be altered, reproduced or copied, without our written permission.

All personal data or information that you provide us are used to improve delivery and service and cannot be transferred to a third party.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

The performance by ANNA MIRZOYAN IE of all or part of its obligations shall be suspended in the event of an act of God or force majeure preventing or severely delaying the performance. The following shall be considered a force majeure event, including but not limited to: war, riots, insurrection, social disturbances, strikes of any kind and supply problems not attributable to ANNA MIRZOYAN IE.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE

Disputes on these conditions are resolved through negotiations. In case of non-agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the law of the Republic of Armenia.
